Accounts administered by the organization
You can create a SocialGlob account using an email address provided or assigned to you by an organization (such as your work email address). If your organization establishes a direct relationship with us, it may, upon notice, convert your personal account to become part of the organization's account.

We direct law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines page.

If the request is from a foreign jurisdiction, we will generally disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is permitted by both US and local law. In all cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us, in our sole discretion.

We may disclose user data where we reasonably believe someone's life is at risk. For example, if we become aware of a person threatening to commit suicide, we may share that person's data with appropriate entities who may have the ability to help.

We may disclose user data to report suspected crimes. We report suspected child exploitation content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) along with data identifying the user who uploaded it.

We may disclose user data in situations involving legal action against us or one of our users. If you submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other takedown notice, we may share that notice with the affected user. If you dispute this notice, we may share your response with the complainant.

We may share your data with potential transaction partners, consultants and others in the event that our company is, in whole or in part, acquired by a third party. If so, we will use reasonable efforts to require the purchasing entity to comply with this Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention
We keep your data as long as you have an account. When you close an account, we will delete its content, including videos. We may keep records of automatically collected information (for internal analysis and security purposes); Your email address; your tax information; communications with you; and your transactional information (for auditing, tax and financial purposes). When we no longer have a commercial reason to keep the data, we will delete it or make it anonymous.

We keep deleted videos on our servers for a short time in case you want to cancel the deletion. Once a video is deleted, we may not be able to recover it. If you've previously made a video public, the video or its thumbnail may be discoverable in a search engine cache for some time. We have no control over search engines; however, upon request, we will send an unsubscribe request to the major search engines.

If we receive legal proceedings relating to your account, we will retain your data for as long as we believe in good faith is necessary to comply with the legal process. Likewise, if we believe that your account has been involved in wrongdoing, we may retain your data to defend or enforce our rights.

8. Your privacy choices
We allow you to make numerous choices about your data:

You can choose not to provide us with certain information. For example, you can choose not to create an account or not to provide optional account information.
You can change your account and video privacy settings. See Section 9 for more details.
You can change or correct the information you voluntarily submit to us. We encourage you to keep your data up to date by viewing the settings page.
You can opt out of receiving commercial emails from us. See Section 10 for more details.
You can limit the use of cookies. See our Cookie Policy for options.
You can backup your videos.
You can close your account (which will delete all videos) or delete some videos.
Users in some jurisdictions may have additional rights. See Section 14 for more details.

9. Account and video privacy settings
As part of our services, we offer you the option to restrict the distribution of your content, including your videos. This section explains some of your choices.

Profile
Some of our online subscription plans allow you to "hide" your profile or otherwise make it inaccessible on our website. Your profile will, however, remain accessible to people who have access to your account or content.

Team members
Some of our subscription plans allow you to grant ac-level access rights count to others. Individuals with such access ("Team Members") may be able to see and potentially alter your data. You can revoke or downgrade access to team members at any time.

Video
We allow you to manage the privacy settings of your videos. On SocialGlob.com, for example, your options, which depend on your subscription plan, may include:

Public: Your video will be publicly available.
Private: Your video will be available to you and authorized team members.
Unlisted: Your video will be available to anyone with the unique URL.

Likewise, embedding your video on a publicly available website will allow the public to view your video regardless of your privacy settings.

You should be careful in granting access to others (by sharing links or passwords). Once you grant access to someone else, you lose some degree of control over the distribution of your video as such people may share your password and / or connect with other people.

Regardless of your profile or video privacy settings, SocialGlob reserves the right to inspect them for compliance with its Terms of Service, to provide customer support or to resolve technical issues.

11. Protection of your information
We use physical, technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized or accidental disclosure. Despite these efforts, no information system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Users also have a role to play in keeping their data safe. We encourage you to use a unique and hard-to-guess password for your account and not to share it with others. You should only grant access rights to people you know and trust, and again, you should be careful in granting all access rights. You should monitor your account regularly. If you believe someone has gained access to your account without your permission, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

For example, if you click on an advertisement, you may be directed to the advertiser's website. Once on a third party site, your data may be collected by others. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these services before using them.

You can use our service through third party sites and send you offers. For example, you can watch a video embedded on a third party site or use one of our apps on a ter platform and parts. This Privacy Policy covers our apps and video players, but does not cover third party sites or third party video players.

When you use our services your information may be transferred and processed in other states. Please note that US data and privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Residents of some countries may be subject to additional protections as set forth in Sections 14.2 and 14.3 below.

14.2 GDPR (EEA and UK users)
This Section 14.2 applies only to individuals resident in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (for the purposes of this section only, "you" or "your" will be limited accordingly). It is SocialGlob's policy to comply with the EEA's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 14.3 California Users
Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents have the right to opt out of disclosure of information to third parties for the purpose of enabling such third parties to market their products and services directly. We do not currently engage in this type of disclosure.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), California consumers have the following rights, which may be exercised either directly or, in certain cases, through an authorized agent:

Right to know. You have the right to request information about the categories and sources of personal information we collect, our purposes for collecting the information, and the types of third parties that receive such information. Details on our third party data collection, use and disclosure can be found here. Additionally, you have the right to request a copy of your personal information. You can exercise this right once every 12 months by using this form.

Right of deletion. You have the right to request that we delete some or all of the personal information we have about you. Deleting all data typically requires deleting your account, along with all content, including your videos. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain information to provide the services you have ordered, complete transactions, honor waiver, prevent fraud, spam and other abuse, comply with our legal obligations, cooperate with law enforcement, and to exercise and defend our rights. You can exercise your right to cancel by using this form.

Don't sell. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information and to request information about the sale of your personal information in the past 12 months. When you use our services, we may share your personal information with advertising partners in a way that could constitute a sale to the senyes of the CCPA. You can unsubscribe via the link provided on the relevant page or app. If we do not provide an opt-out mechanism, it is because we do not have a good faith belief that your personal information is being sold.

Non discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights herein.

To exercise your rights to know and delete, we must be able to verify your identity as the owner of the SocialGlob account you are requesting information about. We may not be able to comply with your request until we are able to do so. Generally, we verify identity by confirming that you are the owner of the email address associated with the account. An authorized agent who submits a request on your behalf must also have access to the email address associated with the account, along with sufficient evidence that you authorized that person to submit the request on your behalf. While you don't need to have a SocialGlob account to submit a request, we may not be able to locate certain information to process your request if you don't have one.

14.4 Nevada Users
Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain "covered information" collected by operators of websites or online services. We do not currently sell covered information, as "sale" is defined by that law and we have no plans to sell this information. However, if you would like to be informed if we decide to sell personal information covered by law in the future, you can provide us with your name and email address here. You are responsible for updating any changes to your email address by the same method and we are not obligated to cross-reference any other emails you may have otherwise provided to us for other purposes. We will keep this information and contact you if our plans change. At that point, we will create a process to verify your identity and provide the opportunity for verified consumers to complete their opt-out. Please familiarize yourself with our data practices as set out in this Privacy Policy. We may share your information as explained in this Privacy Policy, for example to improve your experiences and our services, and such activities will not be affected by a Nevada no-sale request.

Cookies are small pieces of text used to store information in web browsers. Cookies are used to store and receive identifiers and other information on computers, mobile phones and other devices. Data we store in your web browser or device, identifiers associated with your device, and other software or technologies are also used for similar purposes. In this legislation, all these technologies are referred to as "cookies".

We use cookies if you have a SocialGlob account, if you use SocialGlob Products, including our website and apps, or if you visit other websites and apps that use SocialGlob Products (including the "I like it"). Cookies allow us to offer you SocialGlob Products and to understand the information we receive about you, including information about your use of other websites and apps, regardless of whether you are signed up or logged in. 'access.

This legislation illustrates how we use cookies and the choices available to the user. Unless otherwise indicated in this legislation, the processing by us of the data collected through cookies is subject to the Data Law.

Why do we use cookies?
Cookies allow us to provide, protect and improve SocialGlob Products, for example by personalizing content, adapting and measuring ads, and ensuring a safer experience. The cookies we use include session cookies, which are deleted when the user's browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which remain in the browser until they expire or are deleted. Although the cookies we use may change periodically following the improvement and updating of SocialGlob Products, these are the purposes for which we use them:
Authentication
We use cookies to verify your account and determine when you are logged in, so that you can access SocialGlob Products more easily and take advantage of the relevant experience and features.
For example: we use cookies to keep the user logged in when they switch from one SocialGlob Page to another. Furthermore, cookies allow us to remember your browser; in this way the user will not have to carry out the log in to SocialGlob every time and will be able to log in more easily through third party apps and websites.
Security, site and product integrity
We use cookies to keep your account, your data and SocialGlob Products safe.
For example: Cookies allow us to detect cases in which a person tries to access a SocialGlob account without authorization, for example by trying to quickly enter different passwords, and to take additional security measures. We also use cookies to store information that allows us to recover your account in case you have forgotten your password or to request more information regarding authentication if you tell us that your account has been hacked. For example, this includes our "sb" and "dbln" cookies, which allow us to identify your browser securely, as well as "dat". "Dat" is a unique identifier for the browser which, among other things, helps us protect you from fraud. For example, it helps us identify trusted browsers you have previously accessed. "Datr" has a duration of two years.
We also use cookies to counter activities that violate our policies or otherwise impair our ability to provide SocialGlob Products.
For example: Cookies help us fight spam and phishing attacks by allowing us to identify the computers used to create a large number of fake SocialGlob accounts. We also use cookies to detect computers with malware and to take measures to prevent further damage. For example, our "csgb" cookie helps us prevent Cross-site request forgery attacks. Additionally, the "datr" cookie helps us identify browsers used by malicious users and prevent cyber security attacks, such as denial-of-service (DoS) attacks that may prevent you from accessing SocialGlob products. Cookies also allow us to prevent minors from creating a SocialGlob account.
Advertising, tips, statistics and measurement
We use cookies to show advertisements and recommend companies and other organizations to people who may be interested in their products, services or the causes they promote.
For example: Cookies allow us to show ads to people who have previously visited a company's website, purchased its products or used its apps, and to suggest products and services based on those activities. Cookies also allow us to limit the number of times an advertisement is shown to the same user, to prevent them from always seeing the same one. For example, the "sgb" cookie has a duration of 90 days and allows the publication of advertisements and the measurement and improvement of their relevance.
We also use cookies to measure the performance of advertising campaigns of companies that use SocialGlob Products.
For example: we use cookies to count the number of times an ad is shown and to calculate its cost. We also use cookies to measure how often people perform actions (e.g. how many times they make a purchase after impressing an ad). For example, the "SGB" cookie, which has a duration of 90 days, identifies browsers in order to provide advertising services or site data analysis.
Cookies allow us to show and measure advertisements in different browsers and devices used by the same person.
For example: we can use cookies to avoid always showing the user the same advertisement on the different devices he uses.
Cookies also allow us to provide in-depth data on the people who use the SocialGlob Products, as well as on the people who interact with the advertisements, websites and apps of our advertisers and the companies that use the SocialGlob Products.
For example: we use cookies to allow companies to understand the types of people who have "liked" their SocialGlob Page or use their applications, so that they can provide more relevant content and develop interesting features for customers.
In addition, we use cookies such as "oo", which has a duration of 5 years, to allow the user to disable the display of SocialGlob ads based on his activities on third party websites. Learn more about the information we receive, how we decide which ads to show you on or off SocialGlob Products, and the control options available to you.
Site functions and services
We use cookies to enable functionality that allows us to provide SocialGlob Products.
For example: cookies allow us to memorize preferences, to know when the user has seen contents of the SocialGlob Products or interacted with them and to provide personalized contents and experiences. For instance , thanks to cookies we can provide suggestions to the user or other people and customize content on third party sites that integrate our social plug-ins. If the user is an administrator of a SocialGlob Page, cookies allow you to switch from publishing posts with your personal SocialGlob account to publishing in the name of the SocialGlob Page. We use cookies such as "presence", based on the session, to facilitate the use of the Messenger chat windows.
We also use cookies to deliver relevant content based on the user's language.
For example: we store information in a cookie placed in the user's browser or device to allow him to view the site in the language he prefers.
Performance
We use cookies to ensure you have the best possible experience.
For example: cookies help us direct traffic between servers and check the loading speed of SocialGlob Products for different people. Furthermore, cookies allow us to record the aspect ratio and size of the screen or windows and to know if the user has enabled the high contrast mode; in this way we can display our sites and apps correctly. For example, we set "dpr" and "wd" cookies, each with a duration of 7 days, to provide an optimal experience based on the user's device screen.
Analysis and research tools
We use cookies to better understand how people use SocialGlob Products in order to improve them.
For example: Cookies allow us to understand how people use SocialGlob services, to analyze which parts of SocialGlob Products they find most useful or engaging, and to identify features that can be improved.
Third party websites and apps
Our business partners may also decide to share information from cookies set in the domains of their respective websites with SocialGlob, regardless of whether or not the user has a SocialGlob account or is logged in. Specifically, _fbc or _fbp cookies can be set in the domain of the business partner whose site the user is visiting. Unlike cookies set in SocialGlob domains, these cookies are not accessible by SocialGlob when the user is on a site other than the one on which they were set, including when they are in one of our domains. They have the same purposes as the cookies set in the SocialGlob domain, namely the personalization of content (including advertisements), the measurement of advertisements, the creation of statistical data and the offer of a safer experience, as indicated in our Privacy Policy. cookies.

To show you the best ads, we use data that advertisers and other partners provide us about your activities outside of SocialGlob Company Products, including websites and apps. You can control whether we use this data to show you ads in your ad settings.
SocialGlob Audience Network allows advertisers to show you advertisements in apps and websites outside of the Products of SocialGlob companies. One of the ways Audience Network shows you relevant ads is by using your ad preferences to identify content that may be of interest to you. The user can control this in the ad settings.
You can check your activity outside of SocialGlob, which is a summary of the activities companies and organizations share with us regarding your interactions with them, such as when you visit their websites or use their apps. To share this information with us, they use our business tools such as the SocialGlob Pixel. In this way we can offer the user an even more personalized experience on SocialGlob Products. Learn more about activities outside of SocialGlob, how we use them and how you can manage them.
For everyone:

Every day, millions of people come to TubeGlob to find information, inspiration, or just to have fun. Over time, we’ve received questions about how the service works, so we’ve created this site to provide some answers and explain the steps we’re taking to promote a responsible platform that our users, creators, and artists in our community can trust.
Our goal is to provide maximum privacy and security: we remove content that violates our policies, reduce the spread of harmful misinformation and edge material, and highlight authoritative sources of news and information.

Users can only upload videos that they’ve made themselves or that they have permission to use.
This means they shouldn’t upload videos that they didn’t make themselves or use content in their videos that someone else owns, such as music tracks, snippets from copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users without permission.

If a copyright owner submits a valid DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) complaint to our email:
admin@tubeglob.com, we will remove the video and apply a copyright strike. If a user receives
three copyright strikes in 90 days, their account, along with all associated channels, will be terminated.
We also offer solutions to help creators resolve copyright strikes they have received, including waiting for them to
expire after 90 days, requesting a takedown, or submitting a counter-notification.
Content ID works differently. If a reference file is matched with a new upload,
a "claim" is made. Depending on the preference selected by the uploader
in Content ID, tracking, monetization, or blocking policies will be applied, but a copyright
strike will not be sent.
